Capt. John 10 Hour Offshore Sunday August 28, 2016

With Captain Johnny Williams at the wheel the party boat Capt. John headed off to the East and ESE of the island. The area chosen for the 28 anglers to try their baits of cut squid or Spanish sardines were the productive platforms that have been the focus of these 10 hour trips recently.

Along with dodging scattered rain the catching was on the good side, with these results:

235 Atlantic spadefish

28  Bonnethead shark

1 Spanish mackerel

1 Black drum

1 Gulf trout

1 Whiting

5 Gafftop catfish
