Capt. John 10 Hour Offshore—Saturday Oct. 10, 2015
For todays fishing on the party boat Capt. John Captain Johnny Williams took the 81 fishermen aboard to five production platforms from 13 to 25 miles to the east and southeast of the island.
Using baits of cut squid or whole Spanish sardines from just below the surface to the bottom this catch was fooled into biting:
- 111 Atlantic spadefish
- 107 gulf trout
- 36 bonnethead shark
- 1 lane snapper
- 4 croaker
- 3 bluefish
- 3 whiting
